Come help homeless community members connect with life-changing services at The Source!
The Source is a free event hosted at Central Library once a month and is aimed at providing essential services to community members experiencing homelessness. The Source brings community agencies together in one location to facilitate emergency shelter needs, DMV services, veteran services, health care services, CES housing, and more.
Volunteers will serve at the registration and refreshment tables, as ushers to guide patrons from room to room, as runners to assist staff, and will have other duties as assigned by staff depending on the resources present at each month's event.
The Source is held on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Volunteers are requested to sign up if they can assist as ongoing volunteers at The Source event from 12:15-3:30 p.m. on the following dates:

Please indicate the months for which you are available to volunteer. Fingerprint clearance is required for ongoing volunteers and is done at Central Library at no expense to the volunteer.Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older. If you are only available for one month, please indicate that as well.
