Sally Martinez
Senior Constituent Service Representative Coordinator:
Sally oversees the operations of the Mayor's Help Desk. She leads a dedicated team of Constituent Service Representatives and works with the different departments in the City of Los Angeles to assist Angelenos with their needs. Sally Martinez has worked for Mayor Garcetti for 18 years.
Billie Jean Londono
Constituent Service Representative:
Billie Jean ensures the day-to-day operations run smoothly at Van Nuys City Hall Office, while also fielding concerns for constituents Citywide. Billie Jean was born and raised in Los Angeles and is passionate about public service for the city she loves.
Nidia Lozano
Constituent Service Representative:
Nidia worked in the private sector for nearly 10 years before joining the Mayor's Office to build on her passion to serve her fellow Angelenos. She handles constituent concerns and manages telephone, e-mail, and walk-in cases.
