Brad Fingard is a proud Angeleno, originally hailing from the Midwest, who is passionate about public service, supporting constituents and improving the quality of life for the community.
Prior to joining the Mayor's Office, he worked as a Field Deputy and Case Manager for Councilmember David Ryu, where he facilitated various outreach programs, coordinated services for unhoused Angelenos across the district, and helped residents solve local problems. Brad is an alumnus of Coro Southern California's Fellows Program in Public Affairs, a postgraduate, experiential leadership development program with over sixty years of service in the greater Los Angeles area. He is also an alumnus of the Jeremiah Fellowship through Bend the Arc: A Jewish Partnership for Justice. Brad graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a double minor in Public Affairs and Education Studies.
In his free time, Brad is an avid reader, ardent sports fan, and active volunteer who loves to explore all that Los Angeles has to offer.
